Product color may appear slightly different because of photography, lighting, screen settings and display calibration. Measurements and weights may also be subject to reasonable variation.

During holidays, promotional periods or unusually high order volume, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery , subject to the applicable return requirements.

After an approved return has been received, inspected and approved, an eligible refund is initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The applicable bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

No restocking fee is charged for an approved return.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Please include your order number and relevant photographs or videos of the product, packaging and shipping label where appropriate.

After a problem attributable to us has been reviewed and confirmed, an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return or other reasonable solution will be provided.

Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, packaging, shipment preparation or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, availability, usage limits or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash. Discount codes should be applied and verified before checkout is completed.
